FAQ

Everything you need to know
before you sleep on it.

What makes the Lunely pillow different from a standard memory foam pillow?
+

Most memory foam pillows are rectangular and flat — they don't account for the fact that your neck, head and shoulders all sit at different heights. The Lunely pillow has a butterfly-shaped contour with four distinct zones.

What is the pillow made of?
+

The core is made from high-density slow-rebound memory foam that contours to your body shape and temperature.

What are the dimensions of the pillow?
+

The Lunely pillow measures approximately 60 cm × 40 cm at its widest points.

Do you ship outside the UK?
+

Yes — we ship worldwide. UK orders arrive in 3–7 business days. EU delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, and international orders 7–12 business days. All orders are fully tracked and dispatched within 1 business day.

Is it suitable for people with neck pain or cervical issues?
+

Yes — the pillow was specifically designed with cervical pain relief in mind. The contoured arch supports the natural lordotic curve of the cervical spine,
reducing the muscular tension that causes morning stiffness. Many of
our customers use it following physiotherapy recommendations.

That said, if you have a specific diagnosed condition (herniated disc, cervical stenosis, etc.), we recommend consulting your GP or physiotherapist first. The pillow is a wellness product, not a medical device.

Can it help with snoring?
+

Snoring is often related to airway positioning during sleep. The Lunely pillow keeps the head and neck in a neutral alignment that naturally opens the airway,
which some users report reduces snoring — particularly when sleeping on
the back. It's not a dedicated anti-snoring device, but the improved
positioning has been a pleasant side effect for several of our customers
and their partners.

Is the cover removable and washable?
+

Yes. The outer mesh cover unzips fully and is machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on a low heat setting or air dry flat. The memory foam core should be spot-cleaned only with a damp cloth and mild detergent — never submerged in water. We recommend washing the cover every 2–4 weeks.

Is it suitable for side sleepers, back sleepers, or both?
+

Both. The butterfly shape is specifically engineered for both positions:

Side sleepers rest on the raised wing, which
provides the height needed to keep the spine aligned from head to hips —
no more shoulder pressure or arm pins and needles.

Back sleepers rest in the lower central zone, which supports the natural cervical curve without pushing the head forward.

Stomach sleeping is not recommended with any cervical support pillow, as it puts strain on the neck regardless of pillow design.
